Hi all,
Just my two cents worth here but in regard to ignoring spammers post my opinion is : If we were to ignore posts like anais makes and not comment on them being dangerous then people may actually buy this junk.
I for one would like to think we are here to help others and would hate to see someone cause permanent damage to their skin by using products like she sells.
Having had professional strenght tca's done by a dermatologist I seriously can't imagine doing them myself. Her pushing of physician strenght products is in my opinion dangerous.
I have never gotten involved in any online dispute and normally just laugh them off and go on my merry way, ignorance is after all bliss lol. However in the case of this broad I have to admit she has really gotten my back up.
Thanks Sherri |

I think the trick is to ignore her. We obviously annoyed her with our responses to her earlier posts and so she decided to flood the board with more spam to get back at us. Immature. Anyway, if we ignore her she may well continue to spam the board but all you need to do is report it to the moderator using the 'report' button on the top of each post. The post will be removed or maybe she will be banned once and for all.
I've already reported a load of her posts and I've even PM'd Mabsy to point out what's been going on. |

A bunch of people must have reported annais posts because all that I tried to report except one had already been reported.
I feel badly for Mabsy just returning and having to deal with all these report posts.
It's no fun to come back to that stuff.

Well, she's been banned so let's hope that's the end of that. Thank you everyone who reported the posts
I agree with Toe and others that have PMd me about this - I think the best way to deal with spam is to report it and (try to) not reply to it. Replies just keep pushing it up on the list of topics and tend to get even more replies. If it's reported it'll be gone the next time a moderator logs on. This moderator has been a bit jetlagged and sick - thus slow to respond. Sorry! |

Just speaking for myself, but I have a feeling that many will agree, I personally feel that you have absolutely nothing to apologize for.
You do a great job and do it with finesse.
