I'm a little bit disappointed  to know today from you that my order was cancelled. I don't understand why, past orders go always OK and now... I hope hearing from you soon that it's possible for me to order still from you.

Letizia also my order got cancelled before Christmas (Milan) I got the following explanation from them ------------------------------------------------------
"
Your order has been cancelled. UNfortunately due to the recent changes in Italian Customs Rules we are no longer able to ship to Italy" |

Please direct all your customer support questions to our customer service. In most of the cases neither us nor forum members can answer specific customer inquiries on the public forum.
In regards to Italy shipments, as I understand it, Italy practically closed borders for imports of cosmetics. Technically, it is still feasible and legal to ship cosmetics but there is so much paperwork involved that (at least for EDS) it is nearly impossible to process orders from your country and we had to discontinue shipping to Italy.
Up to my knowledge you would have to submit the items that you are importing to your local Customs and Health Authorities for approval. They would investigate products and approve them. You would have to then mail that approval to us by snail mail and we would have to include it in your package in order to clear Italian Customs.
