There has been a lot of negative talk here lately about packges taking forever to be delivered and how bad the postage is. I just want to say that in the past 4 weeks, I have made 5 orders to EDS. Yes, Im skint and no, I couldnt afford them but when does that ever stop anyone 
Anyway, I just wanted to say that every single package came the following Saturday after I ordered them, two were ordered on the weekend and 3 were ordered on the Monday, They were all shipped incredibly fast and I have them at home in 5 working days. Now that is a great service. Can I just say that although I placed 5 orders they all came in the same sized small box cause I only put one or two items on each order. Of course by doing this I dont qualify for a free gift nor free postage. In fact I have paid £30 to have all five parcels shipped. The upside of this is it appears the small, lighter parcels get through quick, and customs free. Some of the orders that have taken 2 weeks plus have been large orders. I'd sooner pay and have the packages straight away than get a free gift I may or may not ever use/need.
So, the point of this post is to say a big
THANK YOU to Essential Day Spa for the service I have recently received. 20 out of 10. I cant fault it. Well done  |
