| While I understand not wanting to post photos of ourselves at our worst, pretreatment, etc, plus photos of our children in a public format, but what's wrong with posting a photo on the web in general? I've had a couple strange emails from my photo on my website, but I don't consider it dangerous or anything. Of course, I refrain from posting anything remotely personal, info like isp email address, mailing address (duh) or town I live in. Maybe I'm naive. |

OMG!!! You guys are HILARIOUS! Winnie & Lianne - even my husband laughed out loud!! At first blush I didn't think pic-posting was a big deal..but maybe it is..I don't know..... It's so funny - I trust that everyone here is who they say they are - I mean, we all have these funny names and all, but I just feel like I'm chatting with a bunch of great peole, you know what I mean?...but I suppose you have to wonder.....is Magilla Gorilla behind one of those keyboards out there? THAT is creepier than the thought of posting my pics on the Board...anyway, my pic has been posted on work-related websites etc., so I'm already out there....Anyways - thanks for the belly-laugh...MAN, that was funny!!!!

I am so glad to see that all the stuff you are using has taken years off of you. You look at least 30 years younger on photo you posted than you did on last photo you sent me. If you keep using that stuff you will only look 90 soon. Keep me posted on progress.

PMSL! at those photos!
I'm unsure about posting photos on personal web spaces, though there are a few of me on the web taken by a photographer I work with. They are anonymous apart from my first name. There are one or two of me with mini-me which I was not too happy about, but they have proved a useful blackmail tool...tidy yer room or I tel everyone the web address!  |

You guys are just waaaaaayyyyyy too funny! I'm sitting here laughing out loud at those pictures!
Since I've seen several pictures of Winnie, I was expecting one of those and boy was I surprised! 
Heck, I could even post my real pre-treatment picture now and be the beauty queen in a contest with Winnie and Lianne.
I still can't believe that I have a picture of me pre-treatment and with no makeup on the internet.

I have to ask.... where did you get that picture? It looks like you have some kind of firming masque on your face... besides all the eyebrows, etc.
I was thinking of using something like that in some of my promotional materials as a joke, saying "this is what you could look like if you don't use our products"

Of course. If I'd thought a bit, I would probably have remembered that.

Winnie fooled me as well. She PM'd me and said she had posted her pic and now I had to post mine. I rushed to see what one it was because I have seen some lovely pics of her. It did give me a big laugh though. |

I keep trying to corral my husband long enough to get that 6.... now make it 8 month after picture taken. He travels almost constantly between Jan and the end of March and believe me, he's in no mood to mess with me and before and after pictures. But, beginning April, his travel is over until about late August. I'm dying to take another picture just to see for myself. You can look in a mirror, but the best way to see real differences is to compare pictures, taken in the same location, same lighting, etc.
Course, if I don't corral him soon, the aging process is going to have cancelled out all my improvements.
Did you all notice that word "corral" is a Texas word?
I've been struggling to understand all the phrases that you UK folks use and just thought I'd throw a little Texas at ya!

At your suggestion, Winnie, I took some "before" pictures a while back. I was so traumatized by what I saw that the "after" pictures may not happen for a loooong time, if ever. With makeup, on a good day, pretty good for my age. Without makeup, I look absolutely sick. No, I don't think I'll be posting my picture any day soon...but thanks for the "nomination."
