I am dermatitis prone/super sensitive and can't tolerate many products (even Cetaphil). Dr. H's line gives me the same problem, but I love the Rejuvenating Mask.
Even with my problem I still like to try new products. I always enjoy the search and chase, finally getting it, opening it and with heart pumping trying it on. All too often it gives me problems, some immediately and others give me false hope (soft/glowing/keep touching/admiring) for a few days before bursting out in a rash.
I curse and promise myself to stop buying new products; then I start surfing the net (EDS of course) reading about another products, and I am back to searching for my holy grail. Once I find it life will be very dull, as I will have nothing to look forward to.
Recently I found something I like, due to EDS's forum raving about Decleor Ylang Ylang Oil. I was reluctant to buy another facial oil, I have tried so many in the past without success, but this one seemed to do the trick. I am grateful to you guys!

{{hug}} from one super sensitive skin to another. Someone knows exactly how I feel...
I can't use Cetaphil either. I tried to use up the bottle as body wash, but it made my legs super itchy. I have a sample of the rejuvenating mask waiting for me as well. Will try it out after my face is back to normal.
I don't think I will stop experimenting though. I just don't know how much torture my skin can take  Plus hubby is sick of hearing me whine about yet another allergic reaction/dermatitis flareup. |
