Belle - Thanks for the advice. I suppose we'll end up staying in downtown Vancouver. But do you know anything about Granville and Yaletown? I'm curious and wonder if I should consider a hotel outside of downtown. |

EDS does do Decleor facials! To get there from downtown you'd take a short taxi trip...
Granville and Yaletown are both downtown. Granville St is quite loud...lots of clubs, traffic (in some parts) and street people. There's also south granville across the bridge which is quieter, lots of antique shops, shoe stores, clothing, etc...You really just go there for antique or specialty stores.
Yaletown is a trendy area...pubs and shopping, slightly pricey. Both are walking distance to robson st shopping and most attractions.
