I just saw an infomercial last night for Beach Body's Yoga Booty Ballet video/dvd- it looked fun!
Supposed to be a potent combo of the three to really sculpt and lift and tone....

| This isn't a workout video, but the new book "Smart Girls Use Dumbells" shows results fast! My daughter has done it for 1 week and has already seen big results! She hates exercising, like the rest of us, but this concept seems to be easier and more fun. I'm going to try it myself! |

If I have exercise videos I end up.......sitting watching them!!!
I went to a gym once...when I was 13.
So I inherited a dog and at the back of the house are huge fields and hills, I take her for a long walk once/twice a day and it's the best exercise we have lots of fun.
Oh and I recomend gardening - have got tadpoles for the first time and the fish have had babies.
See it's more fun than gyms and videos...and more pennies saved to spend on cosmetics  |
