I got mine in the mail a couple of weeks ago, but after using it a couple of times have returned it! It didnt have the exact effects I was looking for... I think what made me really want to buy it was the fact that it could curl my hair as well as straighten, but I found this very difficult to do.

Used as a straightener, I found that my old hairart flat iron worked better. The T3 was good at straightening, and heated up very very quickly (just a few seconds after turned on), but while my old flat iron made my hair look shiny and stick straight, the T3 did not work as well.

Maybe that's just what I found, because I've read many reviews saying the opposite!

I think I'm going to go for either the Bio Ionic (which claims to have absolutely NO damage), the Sedu (which is used by many hair dressers, and also very undamaging), or the Create CeraMagic (Tourmaline plates and good results)...

I'm going away for a couple of weeks, but I'll post after I've decided which to get and let you know the results!

I had the 1 3/8". My hair is naturally a bit curly, with some frizz. I used leave-in products while using the flat iron, like Phyto Anti-Frizz and Charles Worthington Results. Usually when I use those products with my regular flat iron, I get really good results, my hair gets a lot of compliments on how healthy and shiny it looks. When I used the T3, the same as I would my other flat iron, I wasn't really satisfied. My hair looked a bit fried, it was also looking puffier. I've also read somewhere that although the T3 has a 2 year warrantee, you WILL need to use that, because many have found that it broke within a few months of use.

But then again, lots of people have had great success using it without any complications or bad results, so I'm not sure what to say about that!

I hope some of that helps. The 2year warranty was one of the big selling points for me.

I'm not sure! I'm a bit confused myself. The T3 didn't work out for me, but it could be good for you, I really couldn't say for sure. I heard that Bio Ionic one is the most undamaging, according to some people. They also sell lots of flat irons on Folica.com there's also a review section for each one and lots of people who've bought from them have posted before and after pictures. They don't sell the Bio Ionic, T3 or Cera Magic one there though, so I"m not sure how those compare to the ones they sell. The Sedu looks like a good one though.
