Well, this sounds too good to be true....I know silica, and HA, are said to boost collagen production(??),but I am curious if anyone is taking anything else.
I have heard pinebark and GLA's are good. It seems my money is better spent on things that go ON my face, rather than ingest things that may or may not ever have any effect on the skin at all.
Just thought I would ask....
thanks!
PS: MSM is mentioned quite a bit too. I tried to find info on the net about it and how it benefits the skin. Couldn't really find any solid evidence. |
