I have been wanting to try this hand cream for ages because I have read so many great reviews of this one. I know some ladies at work stock up this everytime they go back to Pakistan.
One of the things that has been stopping me from buying the fullsize was the fact that a lot of reviews mentioned a strong 'unusual' scent when reviewing this product. Being a 'scent oriented' person I was a little bit worried about this smelling rather bad.
I've been using this from a sample for a week and I have to say that I like the smell of it. I think it's a bit of a floral scent - that's my interpretation anyway - you could smell it and think that I'm way off! I don't think that the scent is too strong however, plus it does fade quite considerably in the first few minutes after you put it on.
The hand cream itself is a very good one. It's not greasy at all, unless ofcourse you use too much. I made that mistake the first time and quickly figured out that you don't need much of this cream at all.
I'm considering getting a fullsize of this or getting the little starter kit to get a small size and get to try out some other stuff in the range as well.

ps. While we're on topic of the Ahava line - their Advanced Mineral Beauty Mask is really good |

I just have to gig out this aged thread after I tried my sample of this Mineral Hand Cream. I total in love with it - I cannot stopping feeling how softer my hands are. As for the scent its very pleasant and not overpowering at all. I will definitely purchase the full size product as its very reasonably priced too. |

I hate to be a pooper, but this hand cream didn't impress me at all. Being the usual me, I just purchased the full size without trying it out first. The cream had a strange sweet powdery smell to it which lingered on my hands for ages. Also, I find it wasn't very moisturizing at all as my hands were still dry. I gave up using it after a few days and now I have almost a full tube left. |
