the product contains:
Hyaluronic Acid
Vitamin E
Niacin B3
Retinol A
Vitamin B12
Caffeine
Q10
Pentapeptide
It is a great product especially used together with Vitamin C serum.
It is super good for sensitive skin. I used it during winter time, and under cold environment. |

I used to use Phyto-C Velvet, but I wasn't impressive. |

I also received a sample of this product with my last order and did not choose to re-purchase it because its not as hydrating as the Ice Blue Gel! Also, the Velvet Gel is extremely EXPENSIVE for what it is! |

Do you need to use vitamin C serum as well if you already have Niacin in that gel ? Don't they both serve the same purpose ? |

C is shown to encourage collagen production, so I stick with it. |

Niacin's a b vit, so I'd add the C. Or is that overkill? |

I know and they both have their benefits so if using the Niaciamide I would still use a C product! |
