This online clothing company is a huge scam! They ripped me off for $106 and PayPal will not cover my loss since its "outside the 45 d window for filing a claim".
Noelle Nguyen and her company do not answer emails at nnguyen@myamericanloveaffair.com and none of their contact phone numbers on their site are workable numbers.
The website states on its banner that "CutLoose clothing orders take 45 days to fill". How clever of them since PayPal will not help you after 45 days. They've figured this out.
I filed a claim with IC3 and California State's Atty's office and notified PayPal and all the social media sites I can think of to shame them.
This is a heads up to not waste your time or money on them. Big Fat Liars! |
