For pure Shea Butter, their prices are absurd sorry but really!
Check out Majestic Mountain Sage and see how much less you can pay for it and many other oils, butters ect. ect.

I hated all of these products, the smell really bothered me. I stick with actual 100% shea butter that comes in a block instead. |

The L'Occitane 20% shea hand cream is the best.
For pure shea butter, try Shea Nilotica from Shea Terra Organics. The texture is so much better and instantly liquifies so is easy to spread. Great price. L'Occitane pure shea butter smells odd, the tin is troublesome to open, and takes too long to spread. I've tried many shea butter brands and really like the Shea Nilotica. |

this product is great to coat your feet in, then put normal (any kind) of lotion over, then add socks, go to sleep and you'll wake up with super soft feet! Of course the cheaper and just as effective version is vaseline instead |

Oh hun I just buy pure unscented Shea Butter then heat it enough to mix with whatever scent from essential oils I want and put in nice big blue glass wide flat jars, I get so many for less than they charge it is not even funny!
No offense but they way over charge for the Shea Butter products! |

Love alot of their products, especially the shea butter. I put it on my feet and cover with socks, then wear all night as I sleep. Soft beautiful feet are the result! |

l'occitane refined shea butter moisturizes my skin well, especially in the winter.
pros: the texture is softer than pure unrefined shea butter making it easier to be applied and spread. there is no nutty smell for those who don't like it.
cons: the refined shea butter does not have as much vitamins as the unrefined ones. the high price for the famous brand is also a minus point |

Out of Africa products(Kmart,Drugstore.com)are much less expensive;for example,a 2 ounce tin of shea butter with lavender essential oil is about $8.00. |

I love L'occitane 20% hand cream. I also used the Rose 4 Reines. This one smells wonderful but is not as moisturizing as the other one. I could say the Rose 4 reins almost dried my hands. I realized it's much better to mix the 2 creams, and the result is a nice smell + the good action of shea butter.
About L'occitane shea butter, I've only used the small 10 bucks one. It's OK, but honestly I prefer the raw shea butter I've bought from Coastal Scents. I made my own body creams just by whipping shea butter, coconut butter, cocoa butter, and some essential oils. If used in a short time, distilled water may be added, also adding something like lecithin that helps mixing oils with water. |
