I followed the direction found on this site to prepare HA serum. It called for adding 16 ozs of cold water to a level teaspoon of powered HA. Then leave in the fridge for up to 24 hours, shaking every few hours. After doing this the result was a very watery liquid, not the gelatinous serum described in the instructions. I added another 1/2 tsp to the liquid and continued the process. The result is still a watery and only a bit more gelatinous. I am using ultra low weight hyaluronic acid powder, cosmetic grade. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you so much.
BTW, I'm a new member and love what I've been finding on this website. I |
