Hi all, long time lurker here. I thought I would share my homemade recipe for soothing mist. I use it after my Tria ADL sessions. I find it to be extremely cost effective, while it feels wonderfully soothing on the skin. I store it in the fridge between uses to enhance the cooling effect, however it will last 1 week on the counter. Recently we've used it to assist with pain and itching associated with poison ivy and poison sumac, and found it works quite well.
DIY soothing facial mist:
80% mineral water
15% Rose Water (hydrosol)
4% Aloe juice (100%, no additives)
1% Glycerin |
