DIY toothpaste

Hi,

I would like to make my own toothpaste. I have several good recipes that will do, but i am stuck with the container.
I know, many people just put it in a jar, but a germophobic inside of me screams NO.
I am probably paranoid, but does anyone have other ideas of container for DIY toothpaste?
