Ok, it says to charge for 16 hours for first use. When it's fully charged the lights on the device should stay illuminated instead of cycling. It's now been 17 1/2 hours and it's still not fully charged?
Anyone with a mini had a similar situation? |

Honestly, it has been a while but it seems like the first time it almost needed a whole 24 hours to charge.
I could be mixing up my memories from other devices.. but I don't think so. I'm pretty sure it was the mini
After that it was overnight once a week and it was good to go for the week. |

Thanks so much. I called Nuface twice. The first girl told me that if I unplugged it during charging (I did to move it) that it would start the 16 hour countdown over again. Which makes NO sense at all.
The second girl told me that it should be charged enough to use. (Then the lights are still cycling because???) For $200, I expect the lights and charging to work correctly.
I hate to send it back and have to wait another 2 weeks for a new one but don't want to keep a defective device either.
Guess I'll plug it back in overnight and see what happens. It was charging for about 22-23 hours before I unplugged it though... |

I sent it back yesterday and ordered another. When taken off the charger, it did turn on and the lights lit appropriately. That being said, for that much money, I expect it to work properly, not just have to guess if it's fully charged because the lights never indicate that.
I tried to find one locally (Sephora, Macys, etc.) but no such luck. I'm kind of hesitant to order from QVC again and hope I don't get another defective one.
I didn't do an exchange, not wanting to wait even longer, just ordered again and sent this one back so hopefully it won't be long. |

I hope it works out for you.
Ultimately the mini's charger is so much easier to deal with than the Trinity. |

| It charged in exactly 16 hours so the other one was definitely defective. I’ll start on Monday, it’s easier to do those types of things when hubby is at work. Here’s hoping! |
