acne can be of hormonal origin,
-must make a hormonal assessment to detect a possible disorder.
- avoid commedogenic care,
-be followed by a dermatologist for an adequate treatment,  |

personally, the fact of avoiding sugar and dairy products that did not avoid having acne,

Honestly, the only thing that got rid of my pimples was cutting out dairy.
I still get a few pimples when I eat sugar, but I can’t help myself.
Remove refined sugar and dairy from your diet and see what happens. |
