Is it true that tattooes protect from getting sunspots?

If white girls were to get their whole body tattooed, they wouldn't get any sunspots as sun can't penetrate through tattooed skin so they wouldn't get any sunspots?

So if a girl gets her whole body tattooed ( before getting sunspots) she would then have flawless white skin without getting any sunspots even if they expose their skin to the sun since tattoos protect agains sunspots?

For example if teen white girls were to get tattooes all over thie body before getting sunspots, they wouldn'tt get any sunspots as tatooes offers some protection against the sun and sunspots so those girls would have flawless spot free white skin with no sunspots as it's not possible to get sunspots on top of tattooes but onyl around them?

Sadly, not true.

Quote:
You might think that tattoos could protect you from sun damage, since adding darker dyes to your skin might reflect the harmful UV radiation. According to the Cancer Council, tattoos can’t protect you at all, and all exposed skin needs to be covered up. In fact, tattoo ink can hide skin cancers and make them harder to detect.

I tried to post the link but for some reason it's saying I'm a new member (I'm not, I just haven't been here in a while.) You can Google Skin Cancer Centres Australia to find the site.
