The Cleansing Milk has a pretty light texture, but not particularly runny - which is good. It smells nice, not as distinct a smell as many other decleor products have, so if you're sensitive to smell this is a good one to use as it isn't too strong. It washes off easily. It doesn't do mascara very well unfortunately, and I try to use mascara that comes off easily... It probably isn't too great for oily skin but it does work well for sensitive skin.
This cleanser was one of the first products from Decleor I got. At the time my skin was very sensitive and dehydrated, and definitley prone to spots. The cleanser didn't break me out. At the same time I started useing decleors tonifying lotion and a light oil free face cream (can't remember the name and EDS don't carry it). After a month I incorporated MDF's glycolic face wash for sensitive skin, used that in the evenings and the decleor in the mornings and started using the HArmonie face cream. The combination of everything turned out to be good for my skin - and the cleansing milk definitley played a part in that. Gentle cleansing.
In general I would say the Cleansing Milk isn't anything completely WOW, but at the time of purchase it felt a bit luxurious to have a semi pricy cleansing milk and it is a good cleanser if you are sensitive

I recieved a sample of this and whilst I do have oily skin I did quite like it, I used it to take my make-up off at night which it did well.
Also it is nice to use in the morning as it smells so good (like all Decleor products) and it didn't leave a film over my face. |

Ruth,
If you have time, can you please post the ingredients for the cleanser? I have dry, sensitive skin and is on my eternal search for a gentle cleanser.
Thanks! |
