i injured my nose 3 days ago. not broken, but i hit it pretty hard and i'm worried it won't heal straight. i'm worried about the left looking thinner (indented?) and the dent in the tip which seems more pronounced now.
i read about a couple people's noses plumping or healing from hyaluronic acid/chondroitin/collagen supplements.
does anyone think this would be good to help my nose heal properly?
i'm actually thinking my entire face needs the HA and collagen, since a lot of the problems i'm having seem collagen issues. i'm just not sure i need to *keep* taking the chondroitin once i'm done healing my nose. (though my joints aren't doing so hot either. :P )
thanks. |
