I started using it a couple of weeks ago with someone's recommendation. It did take a week or so to see the effects but they are awesome! Never has a plumper done this well on my top lip.
LF did plump, but not the top lip like this. I've had a small amt of Resty injected before and will never need to do that again b/c this works so well.
I know it does not work for everyone, but it sure works for me.
A little tip: some say don't get the mini sample size, it is nearly impossible to get the last bit out of the tube.
I would give it 5 stars but the brush is not so great. The strands get all messed up from reinserting it but I just cut the ones that stick out and it works fine. So 4 stars. |

I'm a HUGE City Lips Fan as well. My top lip was shrinking, and now it is actually fuller than my bottom lip.
I don't mind the minis as I like to have a variety of colors. But I will never be without the CLEAR. Love it!!!!

I don't know what the difference is. I have been using both, and although I like LipFusion, I see better results from City Lips.
Also the colors of City Lips actually show up, where the LipFusion colors are non-existent on me.

Here are the ingredients for City Lips:
CITY LIPS
Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Petrolatum, White Microcrystalline Wax, Ppg-51/smdi Copolymer, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Tribehenin, Sorbitan Isostearate, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Octyldodecyl Ricinoleate, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Isopropylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Butylparaben, Benzyl Nicotinate, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline, Sodium Cocoyl Aminoacids, Sarcosine, Potassium Aspartate, Magnesium Aspertate, Celadrol, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Germ Extract, Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Extract, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Fruit Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang) Flower Oil
CELADROL is their "breakthrough" ingredient. Here is what Celadrol does:
Celadrol - this patented, clinically tested ingredient is a proven anti-inflammatory that can protect the skin from free radical damage and increase skin elasticity. Celadrol helps draw healthy nutrients and fluid to the lips while also stopping the inflammatory cascade. Inflammation can lead to cellular damage. Celadrol also helps your cells communicate properly one with another (faulty signals between cells inhibit cellular turnover and can cause premature signs of aging including skin and tissue damage). By increasing the communication between the cells, your cells become more efficient and produce more collagen, moisture and actually can make your skin younger and healthier. |

I have the full-size in Clear, Brrlin, and Barecelona. I have the mini set that includes:
Tinsel Town, San FranKissco, Sun Diego, and another clear. So far I have loved every color. Adn the Clear if fabulous too.
So glad to hear it worked for you too. I have been using it for almost a month, and am still seeing awesome results. I have even given up my HA/Collagen supplement in favor of City Lips.

Hi, City Lips Fans-
I have a question about CLS. Do your lips look plumper even when your aren't wearing the gloss?
Thanks! |

I got mine at Sephora.com. You can also order it online at drugstore.com or citylips.com. It is also readily available on E-bay.
My plump lasts most of the day. I apply the City lips at night, in the morning, and (sometimes) after I eat lunch. When I'm not using the City Lips, I tend to use Burt's Bee lip shimmers (love them).

AAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
I'm going to have to stay away from this site! I'm weak, everytime I read about a good product especially for the lips I buy it. So now I'm off to sephora to buy citylips to try it out. I bought lipfusion on everyone's recommendation and love it. I will post my review later on today. ![Rolling Eyes](images/smiles/rolleyes.gif) |

You might want to buy it from skinstore.com as they have free shipping in the U.S. And "no hassle returns". Plus right now you get a FREE travel size Clear City Lips with any City Lips purchase. This website has great customer service as well.
Just a thought. I love Sephora.com, but who can pass up a deal like that!
My next purchase will be the color South Peach. Looks perfect for spring/summer.

Just got Los Angelips and love it. $6.99 on ebay yay!!!
I prefer the glossy look and feel as opposed to the "goopy" feel. LF is just too thick.
ebay is good for trying out colors cuz someone is always selling samples. |

I did not notice that. I'm looking into Celadrol cream (it is sold on the WEB for arthritis). There have been claims for wrinkle reduction with this as it is an anti-inflammatory. I haven't bought it yet but am thinking of it. |

I just can't believe what CL has doen for my top lip! THAT is the real difference. I haven't had any on for over 6 hours and my lips still feel plump. Lipfusion wears off in a couple of hours for me. CL is really helping my body make my lips plumper. It is just so amazing! |

Thanks Mom2tommax! I ordered it from skinstore! But I did go to sephora to try it and I love it!!! I like it better then lipfusion; IMO it gave me a fuller 'plump' and wasn't as glossy but it did sort of lightly sting. And the best part it's cheaper!!! I will definately be posting my results after a few weeks of use. |

I like it sooo much better than LipFusion. And I am still amazed every morning when I look in the mirror. My lips are so plump (been using City lips for about a month). And My top lip is plumper than I ever remember it being in my life. I LOVE City Lips and so glad I tried it. I was hesitant as it didn't work for so many people. But it works for me......

I tried City Lips a couple of years ago and didn't see any results. Have they changed it?
Why is it working for everybody else???? |

Maybe it has been inproved. They use certain peptides and they have been successful for plumping of the skin.
I still have HA supplements left and take 1 a couple times a day. |
