Thanks vm Mabsy!! That is a rather obscure part of the island for a hairdresser! what is the active ingredient in Nioxin that helps? Im still using Klorane for now, which has all natural ingredients as they claim, its the gentle everyday use shampoo with oat milk, which is only ok...maybe saved me about 3 hairs a day but i work for an aussie co., so plenty of collegues to deliver Nioxin over im trying to grow my hair out too, so trying to nurture a gd texture now!! Is it nice smelling the Nioxin? |

Not sure what the active ingredient is but can answer the other question. Nioxin smells (and also feels) minty |

a couple of years ago my hair started falling out at an abnormal rate, so i went to the doctor to get a blood test. Turns out my iron was ridiculously low, so she put me on iron tablets. Within a fortnight my hair stopped falling out. I take a course of iron tablets twice a year now to ensure it doesn't happen again.

I'm with Mabsy. Regular use of Nioxin shampoo, conditioner and leave-in concentrate over the past 2 years makes a very noticeable difference in the amount of hair that caught in the shower drain. And to me it feels like I have more hair.
I'll never have supermodel hair - not that I ever did - but hopefully I won't end up being one of those ladies with the female version of a comb-over. |
