Hi everyone,
I recently tried a generous sample of this product after hearing good things about this for eczema. After tried everything out there, I am extremely happy with the results. Once in a while, I get these red patches near my mouth area, between my eyes and under my eyes. Couldn't believe that this really did calm my redness and irritation after a few hours. Now, I've only been using it for 2 days and plan to purchase very soon. Hope those people out there with eczema give this a go, at least get a sample of it to see if it works out for you.
I'll update this post when I get more of this great product!! It may become my HG moisturizer. |

Do you think that this would be okay for a child to use? I don't have excema, but my son does on his face (he is 8 years old). I have had a sample of this for a while but haven't used it because I don't have those issues with my own skin. I would love to find something to use on his face as he is not really good about taking his supplements anymore.

I think so, it felt quite gentle and I didnt experience any stinging which I usually do when it was applied. Please ask your son's doctor first just in case.
Could you please tell me what supplements seem to work for your son? Thanks
Here are the ingredients:
Aqua (Deionized Water), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Squalane, Butylene Glycol, Petrolatum, Glycerin, PEG-60 Almond Glycerides, Caprylyl Glycol, Nordihydroguaiaretic Acid, Oleanolic Acid, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Acrylates Copolymer, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Carbomer, Stearyl Alcohol, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Camellia Sinensis (White Tea) Leaf Extract, Panthenol, Superoxide Dismutase, Lecithin, Matricaria Chamomilla (Chamomile) Flower Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Methylparaben |

Hey to anyone out there suffering through this maddening itch,
I recently stumbled upon an online article that informed me that Noxema was actually originally intended for eczema (read: Noxema= No eczema, finally got it! ), and since I was going absolutely off my nut from the burning and itching, I ran out and got a big old jug and started slathering it on. Here's the surprise: the next day, it was better. Not totally gone, but not itching and the redness and bumpiness were more than half gone. Another day of slathering (about 5-6 times a day, no rinsing) and the next day, it really was gone and hasn't come back yet. Something for you to try when nothing else works, it's a heck of a lot cheaper than a derm and an Rx! |

Thanks for the ingredients; I may have to try this. What has worked for my son is a Evening Primrose Oil/Fish Oil combo, children's formula. He cannot swallow the capsules, so I had been breaking them open for him to drink. Well, they taste terrible, so I see where he doesn't like to take them. I saw some today that are actually lemon flavored, so I make go with those next time. Hth!

Tinamarie8-
I want to also recommend something else for your son because it really worked for me when I was younger. (and when I used to have time for baths) Aveeno Bath Packets are great. For some reason, the green packets work better than any other formula. I recommend this entire line for eczema suffers. The body lotion is also very soothing and not greasy at all. |
