MegaFood is another excellent whole foods supplement. I started up taking them again about 1 month ago, and my nails are growing a lot and not breaking. I think the Bone Essentials are what's doing it.
A "Yes" from me also on silica and HA. I like Cellfoods liquid silica and Nature's Way Hydraplenish.
I also started taking CoQ10 again a couple of days ago, and it's like "20 years younger in 2 days." I'm sure it will have an effect on my skin, but really, who cares as long as I have *energy*? I actually ran along the trail (to escape a screaming baby ), and then climbed a huge hill. If the CoQ10 doesn't directly affect my skin, the increased exercise certainly will.
My "No" is kelp extract. Taking the recommended 4 drops/day gave me breakouts. |
