I have tried numerous peels including strong glycolics. This peel is marvelous. It left my skin so smooth, soft and glowing. It even took care of my seriously rough forehead. For those with sensitive skin it does tingle a bit and you will most likely turn a little pink, but I had no flaking, peeling or downtime. Actually, the whole peel took a total of 5 minutes. It also smells devine. I am impressed with this product. Not to mention, the price is right. I think this is a must try. I will definitely continue to use it on a regular basis given the results and ease of use. |

Ok, I just finished my peel. My initial thoughts - it smells great, just like pumpkin pie! I only left this on for 3 minutes per instructions. I had no tingling at all (but I have very tough skin). When I rinsed off, my skin was a tiny bit pink, very smooth and had a nice glow. I am very pleased with this product on 1st use and plan to use weekly and build my way up to 10 minutes. |

I have enough left to try one more time, and this time I will leave it on for 30 minutes to see if anything happens. I really did not see a difference between before and after applications yet. I'm still hoping for the best. I don't know why my skin is so tough. I had thought it was sensitive but now maybe it's not. Or maybe it's sensitive to certain things only. The pumpkin peel smells delicious though. I feel like eating it. hehe
Thanks!

Hi Bkk,
First, let me get this one out - I have never, ever tried NCN Pumpkin peel (although I do intend to try it soon ), so I don't have any experience with that particular peel.
But - let me share what I do with PSF pumpkin peel. I understand PSF's product is weaker than NCN, but according to the instructions, that peel should not be left on the skin for more than 15-20 minutes either. I can keep that stuff on my face for hours !!!! And I never ever had any adverse reactions. Actually, to be honest, my sense is that as soon as it dries a bit (like after 10-15 minutes) it stops working. Soooo, here is what I've been doing lately to get a bit more action out of the peel- I apply the peel (fairly thin layer) and let it sit on my face for good 20-30 minutes. Then, i take the spritz bottle (I have one with clear water), and I spritz my face well, to moisten the peel. Usually, after a minute or two, I start feeling a bit of burning again (which I usually feel after I first apply the peel). I let it sit on my face for another 10 minutes (until the burning stops), and then I wash it off.
I really feel that I give the peel a bit of a boost this way and that I get better results. I wouldn't recommend this to people who have sensitive skin, but if you have a sense that this peel is not doing anything for your skin - this may be an option.
Well, as I said, I do this with PSF pumpkin peel and that works really well for me.

I'm a longtime user of the PSF pumpkin peel. After ordering a sample of the NCN pumpkin peel, and using it a few times, I ordered the full size product. I have extremely reactive skin, as well as mild rosacea. The NCN product, while stronger than the PSF product, doesn't irritate my skin in the least. I'm using it once/week and have worked up to 4 minutes. My chronic flakiness is about gone, my face feels softer, and MMU application looks better.
I ordered the microfiber cloth and am using it daily, except for the days when I do the pumpkin peel. The cloth works well and I'm pleased with it. Again, no problems with my sensitive skin and rosacea. I am using a very light touch as I do have some broken caps on my cheeks and realize that manual exfoliation isn't usually recommended for my skintype. After several weeks of using the microfiber cloth, I can honestly report no problems whatsoever.
I received a sample of the Botox Alternative sunscreen. Very very pleased with that! My skin tends to be dry, and this product hydrates well, absorbs quickly, and isn't oily. Plus, I've had zero breakouts, which I almost always do when adding any new hydrating product. I really love this stuff and am considering ordering a full size. My hesitation is due to the argireline, which I've read several posts here on EDS about it possibly causing skin sagging if used over the entire face? I'll be looking into that more before making a purchase decision. |

It's early to say, but I think the use of the NCN daily exfoliator along with the pumpkin peel (which I've only used once so far) is actually remedying my chronically flaking nose and making the pores more refined. I'm very excited about this as my nose has continued to peel and have clogged pores no matter what product I've used on my face before.
I emailed Nanci about how often it is recommended to use the pumpkin peel. She stated that since I wasn't using the microfiber cloth that I could use the peel once a week. Then I would use the daily exfoliator twice a day except for the day I use the pumpkin peel.
I've had great customer service from Nanci. So, I would email her if you have any questions about her products and your skin type / concerns. |

I received a sample of this when I ordered some SKB and really like this mask. I prefer the texture to the PSF Pumpkin Peel. The first time I used it I didn't feel any tingling and wasn't sure that it was even working, so I washed it off a reapplied and my skin looked fantastic afterwards. I think the NCN peel gave me similar results to the Sircuitskin Pumpkin Mask which I tried. |

Rather than starting a new thread I want to comment on NCN's CP Accelerator. I love this product from NCN. For several months I have been using Copper Peptides. The CP Accelerator is meant to use in conjunction with CP's. What I love the most about this product is that it has Pearl Powder, Oat Beta Glucans, Maxtril (spelling), DMAE and MSN. Awesome firming qualities. In the past I have tried making my own skin care and came to a quick conclusion that I am no DIYer . It cost me more to make a product then buy one...plus, my receipts never turn out right. I will stick to buying retail.
Now I have to get myself to pull out my Baby Q to use with CP's. I have been rather lazy.
I love NCN's CP Accelerator. NCN being a Medical Facialist has helped me pick some great products for my mature skin. CP's have been awesome for my skin. CP's PM, AlphaDerma AM. Winning combo for me. |

I'm not using CPs (yet) and I love the accelerator too. I got it because of the great ingredients. It also absorbs very easily which is great for summer. I'm planning to start CPs in the fall.I'm enjoying the peel too. I've tried the PSF and the NCN wins hands down. I'm not irritated in the least but get great results. Smells good too! |

I discovered something today that has never happened before.
I have a few red marks on each cheek, they are not scars from acne b/c I never had blemishes on the cheeks, and they are not raised, they just plain red marks most likely a gift from the peri menopause Gods!
Well after using the NCN Pumpkin Peel twice the red marks have disappeared, I am not kidding.
I looked in the mirror ready to apply concealer but there was nothing to conceal the marks have totally disappeared.
All I can say is I have used many high end lines of skincare which most recently consist of Cellcosmet, IS Clinical, Vivier and yet the PP could do what none of these other products could, give my skin clarity, softness and no more red marks! |

Now THIS would an excellent trial using the half-face test! Use the CPs and CP Accelerator on one side of the face before using the DPL or BQ and on the other side of the face after.
I'm one of the ones who uses the CP/CP Accelerator before the BQ and have been astounded by the increase in visible results. So I'm not likely to start a half-face test at this late date--plus I'd probably forget which side was supposed to be which. LOL
Just my 2˘.

I know some people do this, but when I was talking with folks at AdvanThera (manufacturers of BQ), they were very clear that only completely transparent serums can/should be applied to skin before the light treatment. According to them, anything with any colour (even slightly opaque serums) would stop the light from reaching and penetrating the skin.
Any thoughts on this?

AARGH I still haven't received my PP yet! I won't get it until Tuesday earliest as Monday is a public holiday here in Oz. I have been dying to try this pp after reading all your fab reviews.
Ari, I'll stick to what you're doing if it works for you. |

Lori I have found that the peel has taken away the red marks from my face, something none of the other products I have used could do.
Check with Nanci about the broken capillaries but I don't think you will be disappointed at all. Not only is the product great the prices are amazing! |

MystyPines I don't think you will be disappointed. I am just loving this peel and had no adverse effects from it, no sensitivity or redness like I got from KIAJ.
I started out with the smaller size jar just to make sure it was fine on my skin, it is very economical!! |

NCNs line gets a RAVE from me!
I've been using: Pumpkin Peel (worked up to 4 min now), SuperCPSerum, CP Accelerator, then BabyQ for 4 min on "red" setting per quarter, and 8 min on "green" to each facial quarter. WoW! My face never looked better!
Absolutely NO peeling, tightness, redness or "uglies" as with other peels I've tried! No panic factor with this one.
Thanks for this thread everyone!

Well, I received my pumpkin peel today. Quick shipping to Canada.
I immediately washed my face and applied it (couldn't wait till tonight - impatient)
I left it on for about 4 minutes. It tingled a bit when I first put it on, but the tingling quickly subsided. After washing it off, my face was a tiny bit pink. I absolutely love, love, love this Pumpkin Peel!
My pores - well - what pores! My face is glowy, and so soft.
This is definitely on my reorder list.
Thanks gals, for reviewing this product, and thanks Nanci at NCN for such a wonderful product and great Customer Service. |

I used this for the first time tonight. I left it on longer than 3 minutes because I have experience using peels. My face was extremely smooth afterwards. I noticed that my face was much brighter and it seemed to have helped my hyperpigmentation. I had no discomfort whatsoever and no irritation. I loved the consistency and the smell as well. I will definitely order again.
