Yes, you do apply it to dry skin. If you apply too much, rub off the excess with the back of your hands (that way your hands get a treatment too).
When the gel liquidifies it gives your skin a "wet" look.

I like the 2MM too!
I had to practice on my hand a few times to get it right. I used to wait too long and it didn't work for me. I find about 30 seconds is enough time. Also, if the bathroom is too humid (after a shower or bath) it will not work. I hope that helps. |
