I think a very good GENTLE facial cleanser would be good. You can buy an inexpensive St-Ives brands.... Wet your face with lukewarm water, then put just a little cleanser on your palm and spread out on the face. Make it foamy on the face. DO NOT USE ANY SOAP! Only gentle facial cleanser. Then pat dry slightly and put some water-based toner on the face. Then, put a light good moisturizer after that.
Please be patient. You will get results.
However, do not poke your face with your hands esp. if they are dirty. Try to eat sensibly, drink lots of water and fruits. DO NOT EAT JUNK FOODS (a big NO-NO!). Take care of yourself by adequate sleep too is important.
Let me know if this helps.
Cheers.

I need some help with my face. I currently just wash my fash with salt and water and then apply clearasil lotion with SPF 15. At night I wash my face with just warm water and then apply a ACV toner. If I use soap (Dove) I tend to breakout really bad. I'm a 17 year old male with oily skin, I got some milia under my eyes, blackheads on my nose, and a couple of acne and acne scars. I don't have any money to visit a dermatologist either. I was wondering if there was a good product for me. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! |

I will not use salt on my face --- very harsh... Try something mild like foaming cream cleanser to wash the face... You can buy this from any drugstores or even walmart.
