| No, my skin is not oily and tends to run dry. Let's just say it is "mature." I think this would work pretty well with oily skin, though. I use moisturizer underneath and you probably wouldn't have to do that. It does dry quite smooth and powder like. I ordered from their website. I think if you order 3 items you get free shipping and a nice sample. I got a full size highlighter type pencil. It was fast delivery and I liked the products. |
