From a PR perspective alone, all SeanySeanUK should do here is offer help and follow through, without criticizing an unhappy customer.
Something like "I'm so sorry to hear you've been having trouble, I've pm'd you..."
Certainly not " You say I should PM you - but shouldn't you PM me - after all you are the one having difficulty with the program not me."

I disagree. I feel that ESD is the perfect place to discuss all products and having input from product representatives only enriches (in some cases) the ESD experience.
Basically what I'm seeing (and I'm not a Flex Effect customer) is SeanySeanUK validating Kassy_A 's compaints.
I won't be purchasing a Flex Effect after reading this tread.  |

| Ditto. Sean, the EDS forum is EXACTLY the place to discuss such things. You had a terrific opportunity to represent Flex Effect well here, and garner many new customers, but you did not do it. (It happens; Lips2Kiss did the same thing, early on in that very long thread.) In the future, please consider your entire audience, not just your current customers. |
