do you always brush straight after a meal or do you wait for at least 30 minutes? my dentist warned me that I was overbrushing and all it took was 3-4 months to completely weaken all my enamel and cause a lot of micro cavities. I have to rinse my mouth out straight after a meal to neutralise all acid and wait at least 2-3 hours after eating before brushing.
I am now using Apagard Royal toothpaste which is supposed to help re-mineralize the teeth gradually. I would highly recommend you use a remineralization gel before starting any whitening treatments. |
