Just wanted to update that I tried the Swanson's brand of mag oil because it was cited earlier in the thread as being from the same exact source as Ancient Mineral's oil but much cheaper. I am very, very pleased with is so far! I had been using Health and Wisdom's oil and I have to say that the Swanson's oil seems very potent but doesn't seem to leave as much of a residue on my skin. Good stuff! |

However, I had a neck and shoulder cramp recently and put the mag oil on, then hit the area with the high frequency device. It felt quite a bit better afterwards, and completely resolved by the next day. Usually these cramps take about 3 days or so to go away. |
I use Emu Oil with the HF device on my neck and shoulder (I've had excellent results) but I would think the Magnesium Oil would be an even better choice. |
I love the idea of combining Mag. oil and my Baby Quasar!!
Keliu - I just noticed that the Health and Wisdom site now offers a 2 ounce bottle of mag oil for less than $6 if you wanted to experiment. Most places don't sell anything smaller than the 8 ounce size. |

Just picked up a foot bath that was on sale at a local drug store. Original price was 39.99 with $10 off. It is a heated one and has a bunch of tools to give yourself a pedicure. It's called a Homedics Pedicure Spa. Thought the price was great and it was bought locally which is a good thing and NO shipping. I bought some epsom salts for right now but plan on ordering a half gallon of the oil from Swansons. Plan on doing it at night and hopefully it will help with sleeping better. I have been using my small spray bottle of oil on my arthritic left hand and it is helping. |
