Ok, so getting hooked on a Au$92/200ml cleanser is not exactly what I had planned for this weekend but here goes...
This is actually CharlieBaby's fault (just kidding CB, well sort of ) because she's liking the Cellcosmet Gel Cleanser at the moment and her comments made me go dig up Cellcosmet samples because I was sure I had a sample of the cleanser. Turns out that I do but not of the gel one but rather of the cream one.
OMG!!! This cleanser is fantabulous! Move over Dr Hauschka Cleansing Milk and 'Come To Maaaaammmmaaaa' Cellcosmet Gentle Cream Cleanser!!! I kid you not! This stuff is so gentle and it literally just melts makeup off! I used it last night after logging off here (ok, if we're being 100% honest then it was after logging off and buying GoSmile ) and I was wearing a fair bit of makeup and a few coats of Dior Show mascara as I had just got back from a night out on the town. And, before you point this out, yes, I did come home and log on to EDS pretty much straight away but that's because I was trying to work off some caffeine in my system! Anyhoooo, long story short(er) I decided to use this last night to take my makeup off as it says on it "Rich Makeup Remover Cream for Face and Eyes". I squeezed out an amount slightly larger than a pea and massaged it onto damp skin. It's really nice and the makeup literally just melted off - especially the mascara (keep in mind that Dior Show is not waterproof - can't tell you how it would handle waterproof as I don't use it). I was very impressed even though it was 3am - and that has to say something!
In terms of how my skin felt after rinsing it off, it was comfortable, not tight at all and there was no film or oily feeling on the skin. It was just perfect. This is actually targeted at drier skins I gather but I can easily use this on my normal skin and I'd say that when it turns back to combo (which I hope it doesn't) I'll still be able to use this with no problems. I had no problems whatsoever with using this around the eye area. In fact I massaged it all over the eye area to get the mascara off and my eyes did not sting a bit.
This cleanser (which incidentally, has a thicker consitency than the Dr H Cleansing Milk - this is more of a cream) has a very very faint fragrance that reminds me of the Cellcosment Anti-Stress mask. I think I detect a bit of rose in there but it really is very faint.
I had actually not planned on trying this as I don't really go for cleansing creams and had not read any product descriptions or any other reviews. I was not expecting to like this as much as I do - it's actually taken me by surprise that I like it more than Dr H Cleansing Milk after trying it just once.
I'm definitely going to be getting a full size of this soon - yet another present from me to me
ETA: Sorry this was so long and O/T in places. Just got really excited about it |

Oops, did I do that?? Just don't send me the bill...(as she stuffs her own Cellcosmet cleanser bills under the sofa, it is best not to look at the cost and concentrate on how awesome the cleanser is)

Let me know if you do Liz. I'll feel much better knowing that I got you back for pushing me over the edge and making me cave and buy GoSmile
Nah, just kidding - this is a fab cleanser though! |

Trust me, I have bought way too many things on your review. To make you feel a bit better, I have a bottle (which I , BTW) of Cellcosmet Eye Cream sitting in my bathroom cabinate because I couldn't resist your ravings any longer.

Mabsy, is this the end of your love affair with Doc H CC? Ive only just ordered it too.... Mind you, unless I win the lottery,I think the cellcosmet products are out of reach for now. Or at least till Ive given the JB products a chance to do their stuff |

If she is anything like me, there is always room for one more great product in her cabinate.

This is such an incredible cleanser. I am glad to see that there are other people who spend as much on their cleansers as I do. I have been using it for the past two years and I have not been tempted to stray! |

Aw, shucks! Sounds like it's me who has some skincare purchasing to catch up on then! Actually let me take that back - I spend WAY too much money and I blame a large portion of that on EDS reviews!
Glad you like the Cellcosmet eye cream |

Cindi - Not a chance! The Dr H Cleansing Milk will be replaced by the Cellcosmet but the Cleansing Cream stays! Actually, seeing as you can't use the Dr CC to remove makeup, the Cellcosmet cream cleanser is the perfect partner to the Dr CC in the evenings!

Welcome to the forum SaffronRouge
Technically I haven't spent that money yet but I have just over Au$90 sitting in my bank account with a virtual "reserved for Cellcosmet - do not touch" sign on it
Incidentally, I also searched last night to see if there have been any past reviews of it here. Turns out that Leeleedeedee is pretty fond of this cleanser too. That means that it's good for sensitive skins as well as Leeleedeedee has very sensitive skin. Here's her previous review of it: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=2990

I'm still trying to recover from last months credit card bill, I think I'm going to wait till' all of the stuff I bought last month are finished before endulging to this "fantabulous cleanser", otherwise my husband might have a heart attack when the credit card bill comes. |

I'll admit this now. I'm caving. I've been bad and I've been planning an EDS order. I "need" this and I "need" the Orlane serum as well I'm pretty sure come Monday both of those will have been ordered |

It is expensive as far as cleansers go, is there anything special about it, are your pores clean and unclogged...... Im not getting the required results from the JB cleanser. Its nice, but not for unclogging pores. Mind, my Dermalogica may be here this week and may do the trick... |

Nah, the CC is *never* going!
Cindi - it removes makeup very well and leavs the skin comfortable. I don't think it does much to unclog pores - the Dr Hauschka Cleansing Cream is the best for that (IMO).
Btw, when we talk of JB here are we talking of Juice Beauty or Janson Beckett - I hate that we now have the same acronym for two different brands... It confuses me all the time |
