I avoid any oil that contains a significant amount of PUFA which shea probably does due to being plant based. |
Plant based/herb based oils and generally
products derived from them are what people weere using without any problems, before the internet was even being invented.
Plants and herbs absorb the sun. They help you also to aborb the sun.
But we are so toxic and poisoned that we need to wear sunscreen and use chemically based products.
We lost the ability to absorp the sun in this established way of living. |

I wouldnt say its bad for your face...but I would NEVER use it on my face, as Im 100% sure it will clog my pores and cause major breakouts for me.
However, I recently made a lip balm and a body butter (which went horribly wrong, but am still using it here is website) using shea butter, cocoa butter and mango butter and its very moisturising for my body and lips.
I use shea butter for me feet as well, and I've got to say, they're rather smooth |
Went to doctor, told him situation and he recommended me to use shea butter by Obey brand. He says those nutrients are good. Would like to ask if those who used shea butter did it help them? |
