I wouldn't start worrying about it too much yet. My orders from EDS take 2 weeks to be delivered thanks to the local post service. I imagine your parcel will turn up within the next few days. If not, then you can start to panic! |

Im waiting for 4 parcels now and they have all been shipped. They all only have one or two items in, Im trying to evade Customs. My problem will be they will all come at the same time and Customs will still do me, so I've paid all the extra postage for nothing. I'll keep you posted. |

I have been waiting three weeks now and I have emailed three times (still waiting for a reply for the third one) and they just keep telling me to wait. I don't want to wait, I want my goodies *stamps foot*
lianne - I'm glad I don't have your postman
I am running out of my existing stuff so if it doesn't arrive soon I will have to go and buy it at extortionate UK prices |

I have been waiting since end of November for an order of books. I emailed and they told me they sent it overland which apparently is slower. Well how it can come all the way from USA to Uk overland I would love to know. I personally think it must have been on a boat when the Tsunami hit and they are now being read by the fishies. I think I will email them again. |

I think the Customs must have your parcel happybunny. I ordered some Okusil last Wednesday and it arrived yesterday. It was only a small parcel and slipped through but if you ordered lots of goodies.... I hope it turns up soon. Maybe we can bombard your post office with demands for a better service and shame them into action. |

I'm moving this to Lounge as 90% of this is completely O/T relative to skincare.
Happybunny - unfortunatley post office and customs combo does sometimes mean that parcels come slower. I have not had to wait long for EDS parcels but I once waited 3 weeks for an EXPRESS parcel from the US that was logged and meant to get to me in 2-3 days! I usually get air-mail from the US in about 7-10 working days!
Please wait on a response from EDS, in the meantime I'm sure your parcel will turn up shortly! Sending "no customs charges" vibes your way |

My order finally arrived - with no customs charges
I am loving my goodies - especially my Decleor Neroli Oil and Hydra Floral cream.
Not too keen on the Dr Haushka shampoo and conditioner but the lipbalm is lovely.
I must give a special mention the the Decleor Clay & Herb mask - I ordered it on impulse and I wasn't really sure if I would like it but I really do. I think I prefer it to my Queene Helene Mint Julep mask which is what I was using before as my deep cleansing mask. |

happybunny, I'm happy to hear it showed up and that you didn't have to pay customs on it. They were probably holding it for some odd reason... |

I am loving the Decleor goodies - especially the handcream which I hadn't tried before.
After further uses of the Dr Haushka I have decided I'm not really keen on their haircare, although the lipbalm is nice - but not quite as effective as Carmex, which is my all time favourite.
Thanks for asking after me Cindi - thats really sweet of you |
