Two of my favorite sweet but healthy cures for sugar cravings:
1. Greek yogurt drizzled with honey.
2. A sliced banana and sour cream.
Not skinny food but so-o-o-o quick and easy. |

I like Chia in milk or coconut milk. You need to let it set a bit (so it gets thicker) and add some flavoring. |

I also have a sweet tooth. So sometimes I fill myself with fresh fruits, especially ripe mango OMG. I also eat dark chocolate from time to time (only dark). Nuts have been a perfect alternative as well. |
