Embarassed im helping by an organisation for refugees too..And its really unbelivable how they still can be that strong...

Very Happy) I think it is really a problem,but youre not insane! Some people connect self harm with borderline,wich is verry wrong,cause self harm can be a part of it,but isnt the borderline itself,which some people missunderstood... Like i said...hope you get as much as you cane over it.I know,you cant forget it(and i dont wanna forget it!) but you can get over it...belive mejavascript:emoticon(' ')

I, like carekate, have taken and periodicaly do take anti-depressents for migraines. The theory is that people with cronic pain tend to have low seritonin levels. I have taken elavil and more currently zoloft, with significant improvement.
Thankfully my three year migraine episode has ended and I no longer have to take preventative meds. Carekate...I ended up taking zoloft and an antiseizure drug called zonegran with fantastic results. If you ever need to rant about your migraines, feel free to PM me. I have been through it all...migraines lasting 30plus days, crawling around my house sick to my stomach, midnight trips to the ER, so I truly understand.
