Hi, I am Julie from Australia. I stumbled on this site by accident and am SO excited to think there are forums totally devoted to skincare!
I have had a simple but consistent routine all my life. A few months ago I had a birthday that left me thinking the time to start looking for "miracle" creams is now!
Through browsing the net I have found products, many I haven't heard of in Australia. I have just sent away for samples of Dermaexcel7 and Okusil. Can't wait to try them. Recently I thought I would send away for and try Erno Lazslo. Nearly at the end of my first week. It hasn't done any thing for wrinkes, but the texture has become noticeably more "velvety".
Australian tend to use European products. I have been using Lancome. Other popular department store ones are Dior (mmmm...ok), Clarins (nice), Jurlique, Chanel. Clinique, Estee Lauder etc. Basic lines include Revlon, Cover Girl etc. For a lot of years I washed my face with witch hazel and moisturised with Oil of Ulan (Olay).
Genetically I am lucky, don't have many wrinkles, but I am noticing the sag! So I am now trialling products to lift and also to puff out/decrease naso-labial and crowsfeet. Wish me luck! |

I'm actually surprised they don't carry Skinceuticals...unless it under a different name that I don't know about. I read so many good things about this line! |

I think EDS used to carry Skinceuticals, then stopped. Someone correct me if I'm wrong! |

It would be great of EDS could carry mainstream makeup brands like Bobbi Brown and MAC. But I think licensing rights would be a huge issue.
I would like to see
ModelCo
A'kin
Shu Uemura |

NIA24 would be great, although I see it is usually only available in MD's offices/medical spas.
And Kevin Murphy Hair products from Australia. SLS-free and organic. They smell wonderful and are very nourishing. |

Oh I would love for EDS to carry:
*Burt Bees (Desperate to try their line)
and
*Australian Skin Approved Products (ASAP)
(ph balanced, glycolic cleansers, scrubs and moisturisers that are fairly cheep and good quality)
Then I could order everything from my routine through EDS. wish wish wish |

It's supposed to be a US brand though the creator may be French. Their Lily and Jasmine Healing Mask is amazing! |
