Thanks TheesaMary. i'm not doing mask for lift.. but for lightening scars. also i said scrub but it's really just a mask.. -i got nicked by a drill at dentist office and it left a scar below my lip. i read that turmeric can really help.. and also read somewhere that doing for 30 days can really improve skin quality and acne scars. so i decided to do mask to also lighten old acne scars. i do turmeric and honey.. sometimes add chickpea flour or sandalwood and lemon. also add some olive oil.. it's not drying at all.
i've done 3 weeks and it's lightened my scar so i think i'll just take a break. maybe i'll do again after a month and keep it to every few weeks.
yeah i diddn't think daily 20 min mask should have an effect..but i took two week break from ageless massage and exercises and dont feel my face recovered at all. i really thought my work would show some payoff but maybe my muscles havent' built up much..maybe it'll take a lot more in my case. i started in feb. or maybe i needed an even longer break.. like one month?
Speaking of which.. i had asked this previously a few times, in the Ageless book Loulou mentions that what works best for her is one month on one month off. i wonder if that may be better for me as well.. does anyone do this. Loulou do you recommend this for me since i didn't notice any change during the two week break? ie. my face look tired..dont see any cheek build or any change. i dont think i over exercised either.. i take weekends off.
Also TheresaMary or any others.. do you guys have problem with hands tiring when doing Day1 exercises? by the time i'm on the 'smile to ears" exercises i'm struggling to get through my hands get soar. any suggestions? i want to hold on tight, and i push into face..i use cloth so hands wont slip.. but my hand muscles tire.
thanks for any advice, and loulou please let me know if one month on one month off a good idea as you had said in your book. would love to know from others how long you exercise versus giving your face a break.
not sure if i should go back to exercising or extend 2week break by another week or two?
Thanks.

However I’m also doubtful masks can really lift the skin and muscles – as they are good but they can’t get at the muscles to tone and lift them –
Whats made you want do do a 30 day mask challenge? Tumeric is great but with masks they kind of detox the skin (if you think of charcoal and clay masks) and so once you use them the process continues once you remove the mask somewhat. But doing it 30 days in a row I seem to recall someone saying encourages the skin and its oil turnover to be lazy. Not quite sure of the exact reasons why but seem to recall a youtube blogger saying she did it to clear her congested and oily skin, and she noticed within a few days of using it her skin produced more oil as a result of the masks every day and so she stopped and had to wait 6 weeks for her skin to revert back. |

I think I may try the one month on one month off. Something I've been noticing is my face has firmed right up but I'm not sure I'm liking how it is looking. As I have a thin face and no bone structure to my cheeks I'm looking a little gaunt. I have ehlers danlos which gives me skin that is not very firm so I'm surprised that the exercises have sucked in the flesh of my cheeks. I am not doing the crush exercises and haven't for a few months now. Part of me is wondering if I need to have more protein? As with body building you would need to eat more protein to create build. For now I think I'll take a break from the exercises and see how things are not my face feels very different, perhaps this is a typical change before build can take place? X |

Hi Zibby,
I had a similar hiatus.
It may be worthwhile contacting Steve.
Alternatively, the loulou shop. I'm unable to post the external link for some reason. If you search ageless if you dare and loulou shop it should get you there. Date of publication is fairly recent, April 2017 but I cant vouch for the site as I bought mine from Ageless.
Let us know how you get on, im curious. |

Hi snorkmaiden,
The Ageless exercises are designed to restore your face to its younger self. You *are* very young! Please don't keep overtraining your face in the hope of altering its basic structure... on a young person the muscles are already in peak condition. A little conditioning will give your face an added zing... forcing them to work over and over again isn't helpful.
Snorkmaiden, you are beautiful. Have faith in your face, take care of it for the future, but please don't punish it. Just think about your own face and don't try toforce it into something it's not.
Hugs,loulou |

Hi all, sorry, the Ageless site should be up again any time now. Meanwhile anyone can email Ageless steve on sroyce65@yahoo.com and he will weave his administrative magic. Thanks for your patience 😏 |

I just started doing facial exercises so I haven't seen much change yet, but my question is ... how often can I do them?
Also, and very importantly, I am on my computer working all day long and I tend to grind my teeth lightly or make a pouty face which I think contributes to my face getting droopy. Is there a face I can make or hold that would be beneficial. Like the clown smile with the lips pulled toward ears? I just need a face to make when I'm working so I don't make the faces I've been making. |

It just so happens that I've just finished a book about this, with exercises for the skin of the body. It'll be on the Ageless site soon. Meanwhile, book yourself in for a heavy duty massage, and remember to pull your skin!
All best, loulou 😎 |

Hi
Two of the files that were sent to me for the program will not open on my Android phone( Ageless Easy Ten and Ageless Massage). Do these two files need to be opened on a computer? Neither were PDF. |

Hi Ga, we've had files adapted so as to open immediately on iPhone or android phone. Any remaining problems, steve will quickly resolve them 😊

I cant see details of the body program you previously mentioned so guessing its not ready yet. Do you have an idea of when its likely to be?

Morning.
I did probably 15 days of the 30 day programme and then stopped before my hols so have come back and probably been a month off. Just started back up with a couple of days and stopped again because my puffy undereyes look really wrinkly. Should I continue to work through this or revert to an eye cream (which I've never really thought did that much) but honestly when I smile I look ancient!!
What courses of action Are open to me and what sort of results are likely with each? Thanks. |

Guessing it was just another sales pitch - tempting folk and then vanishing again!! Seems to be quite common and is most annoying.
Tell people you have a new program and then vanish without telling them how to get it. It puts me off and I won't be purchasing now as a result.

I've been lurking since 2007 at least and the disappearing act is the thing that gets on my nerves when someone advises there's a new part to the program. |

Hi all,
Sorry, several reasons why the new programme isn't up. Steve is currently walking the Camino route pilgrimage in Spain and staying in dormitories in little villages.
My family and I are in Cornwall on holiday and omg there's no wifi signal in the remote cottage we're renting. So, the last fortnight has been very dry in terms of communication.
There's a video that will be available from the site as soon as I get home, probably Friday.

Hi snooky, sorry for the late reply.
You can take either course. On the one hand, working through the phase won't cause you any permanent damage, but on the other you will still need to take time to recover at a later date. I'd be inclined to rest now, allow your good work to show on your face and then begin again, but only because it's more encouraging. In terms of effectiveness, both approaches have the same great outcome in my experience.
Well done staying with the programme. You'll soon see the rewards.

Hi Loulou me again! I think you're right I do need to just prevent rather than try to change my face. I haven't been exercising at all for about two months now and my face is still not looking good. I have lost a lot of volume especially on my cheeks. Do you know how long it normally takes to repair? I am worried I have ruined my face |

hi snorkmaiden,
It's a rule of the universe that the more you look at yourself the more faults you see, not least because your expression is depressed and lacking the dynamic beauty that comes when you hold it proudly. I'm as prone to this as anybody, being constantly photographed makes me aware of how my face doesn't measure up to the high standards you see in the media. I'm guessing that nobody has noticed the faults you're seeing.
Facial exercise causes the volume of the face to increase, just as doing bicep curls will.
My only question is about the Crush exercise. This does pull your cheeks in dramatically, but like everything else it will reverse itself if you leave it out.
I'd suggest doing the day 1 exercises, which have no side-effects, and work on lifting your face and your spirits 😘 xx |

Snorkmaiden, lou Lou knows what she is talking about! Your face will look better than ever when it is properly rested. Dont be put off because you overtrained, the program will do your face nothing but good trust me! Ive had all the same doubts as you but ended up looking and feeling so much better!

Hello! I am new here!
I am from the Netherlands and bought ageless after reading a lot about face exercise and I believe in it. This seem for me the most suitable program because its not a lot time consuming.
I am 38, I always hear I look younger about near 30, so thats nice but I see always faults haha like louise said here above. I lost some fat since my 20's on the cheecks. I have a a small face and have a little hole at the place of the risorius. Is it better to leave the crush exercise out?
I also have a sharp jawline already and would like it less sharp
Any advice before I start the program?
I hope to build up the cheeck to compensate the fat loss.
Thanx! Nice greetings from Holland
(sorry my English is not perfect) |

Why don't you invest in a Mi-Fi mobile hot spot so you can keep in touch with your customers wherever you are. They are not very expensive. I think that anyone with a business should own a a mi-fi. |
