Don't feel bad Zumlya, it made my face itchy too--- I ended up swapping it away at MUA. I think all the strong EO's are too much for sensitive-skinned gals like us. |

I don't really consider myself sensitive. Just hate having to touch my face to itch it.
There was another thread, but I can't find it, describing the itchiness everyone went through. |

I'm not sensitive...and it didn't make my face feel very well either...I've got a full bottle of the stuff (well, the smaller size) sitting on my counter.
le sigh. |

I don't like to use it as a toner. I normally cleanse tone moisturise, wait for my moisturiser to sink in then spritz this on.
It would work out expensive using it as a toner. I am still addicted to the smell though and am starting to get worried as my bottle is looking very low. |

I have tried this product several years before and the result didn't see much. Didn't use up the whole bottle and put aside until one day that flow it away coz being there a long time and found the smell changed a bit.
It got some menthol smell and you have to close your eye when applying on face coz it will make sensitive to your eye if you open your eye. |

I have a 1oz. of this that I've used but a little bit. Most of the bottle is there. FYI...I purchased it back in Nov. but it's been in a cool, dry place.
If anyone wants it...it's yours! Just throw me a PM. |

Just want to know what exactly does this Elixir do to your skin? And how does it compare to their grape water?? It sounds like a good product cuz of all the raves but I don't wanna get it if it doesn't do much to the skin or if it's about the same as the grape water cuz of the price difference. |

It gets two thumbs down from me It made my face itch like crazy, too, and it felt harsh on my skin. I'm not crazy about the alcohol, menthol, and some of the other ingredients. I think there are much better misters out there like Jane Iredale's D2O Mist, PSF's Facial Firming mist, etc. |

Finally I have tried Caudalie's Beauty Elixir. It gives me the same refreshed feel as the samples I have tried of Valmont Renewing Pack. I have been using this in the morning after cleansing (also tried Caudalie Cleansing Cream ). The mist is very fine so I need very little to get that wide awake sensation. I can't claim it has done wonders for my skin. My face feels clean, alive, awake for some time after use. Very pleased with my purchase. BTW: Your DH or significant other would enjoy this also. |

Ohmy. I should send you mine, the smell is so overpowering and I don't consider myself sensitive to smells. Twelve hours later when I wash my face it's just as strong as it was when I applied it. |

I do love Caudalie Beauty Elixir. The smell is to die for. When I first got it I was using it several times a day for the awesome sensation. Now I just give myself one spritz in the morning as a final step after moisturizing. I am out of Caudalie Cleansing Cream but will repurchase. The large beauty Elixir will last me at least four months. |
