| I know this product says do not use if you have sensitive reactive skin, but have any of you girls gone a head and used it anyway. With what results? I really want this product after sampling it, but I don't know if it would be good for my sensitive skin. |

| I have been using the Cellcosmet sample pack and this is my favorite product! I like the whole line but this is the one product that I'll probably purchase the full size version. If money weren't a factor I'd buy all the products because my skin has sure felt great for the last two days. |

| After I used it (after the Purifying Gel and Exfoliator) I only felt wonderfully clean, not stripped or tight at all. |

I just got the $35.00 sample pack of Cellcosmet I'm looking forward to trying the activator gel. I'm glad I read this first , so I use it correctly.

Except in this instance, the Activator Gel seems to provide far more benefits than just icing on the cake. If you have already guessed that I love it, then you are right.
The consistency is a pure gel form, applied to wet skin and then left to sit for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing off with water and a soft cloth if preferred. If left for 5 minutes it does tend to dry but will still wash off very easily.
It is described as a skin activator and pre-treatment to stimulate the skin and make it more receptive to the application of following products. Does it do this? Most definitely yes. I can attest to this as I have applied the same product on my face both with and without the activator gel and I can say that after using the activator gel, any product I have applied which normally required massaging in, had actually fully absorbed by the time I had applied it to my whole face.
As I have not used the Cellcosmet Dual Action Exfoliate without following with this Activator Gel I can't really say which product is responsible for removing the blackheads and whiteheads but I do know that when I remove the Activator Gel after exfoliating, many blackheads and whiteheads are removed. This gel also seems to close up the pores as I don't see any open pores after the gel is washed off.
Once again, it can be used on sensitive skin but not on skin that is irritated, has dermatosis or is very reactive.

| Love, love the activator gel, i tried a lot of Cellcosmet products without it but when i put the activator on my skin, i feel the product work better. |

| After not using Cellcosmet for a couple of months I tried it again. I used the activator gel after using the purifying gel and the exfoliant but it brings the veins up more on my cheeks and I am afraid it is too stimulating for my skin. It is odd as other products don't do that so it is something in the Cellcosmet and or the activator gel. Too bad as I like how clean and fresh my skin feels. Maybe I'll try leaving it on for just a minute...have the large size and would like to be able to use it. I may try the cleansing cream from them. |

after using it for 1 week,i find that my skin is not as sensitive as the last time when i tried it.
i just put it on face,with a little massage,and wait for about 5 minute,then rinse it off, then i use valmont R I cream,now i feel that the pore on my face seem disappear on my face. |

This has been the one Cellcosmet product I have stuck with. It seems to last quite a while as well. |

It sounds like it. I use it on a damp face with damp hands, massage it in and leave it for 2 minutes, then splash off. How did you try it? |

I bought the trial kit a few months ago but set it aside (I am trying to be true to NuDerm so as to give it a fair trial...sigh). After reading this thread, I tried it.
I don't know whether it's the activator alone or the combo of treatments (including exfoliator, which seemed totally wimpy at first but kicked in full blast after a minute or so of massage) but I don't think my skin has looked so good since I was 10 years old. My pores were totally gone. I should have taken a photo but I was too stunned.
Definitely a product to keep in mind for times that I need flawless skin (well, every moment would be nice, but probably not realistic) |
