I am still absolutely loving all these products, especially the eye cream. I never have puffy eyes anymore and the skin under my eyes has really firmed up quite a lot. They really are one of the best product lines I have ever used. Just wish EDS would stock the line. |

Hi Riley,
I bought 2 travel kits from Skinstore, when they had 50% and used the line exclusively for quite a while (5-6 weeks). I have no reason to repurchase (although I quite liked the cleanser) : the eye cream is one of those balling ones and it wasn't moisturizing enough for my skin (I have no dark circles). The Day Treatment SPF15 had a nice consistency and feel, but it's not enough for my dry skin.

Did anyone get the email for the free eye cream (I think it was a sample) with the purchase of product? It ended, but the email talked about the results of the eye cream in 1 week. I pulled out my 2 samples that I have of the MLab eye cream and will be trying that for a week to see if I get those major results they talked about! |

Thanks, Lin. I honestly have only used samples and while I liked the feel of the anti-aging cream on my skin, the prices are just way over the top for me to consider purchasing a full size product. I used the entire line except the eye cream for 2 weeks, and noticed nothing. Of course that is not a long time, but I always like to take the manufacturers up on their quick results claims (which I don't have!). I never tried the eye cream, though, so I'll give it a go with the samples I have especially since, according to MLab, the results are supposed to be visible in 1 weeks time! |

Riley,
If you report back with results in one week I think we should buy stock in the company, then maybe we can afford the products? |

Definitely let us know Rileygirl...always interested in what works in the eye area!
I think I am the only one who did not have good results with the anti aging treatment serum. It gave me big, bad breakouts every time I tried to use it. That is unusual for me. The real surprise was I tried using it just on my neck and chest and I even got a breakout on my chest which I don't think has ever happened in my 42 years! Maybe I'm allergic to one of the ingredients?? I'm glad others have had good results with the line...I'm bummed I can't use it!! |

Well I finished my 1 week test to see if I would get the results MLab claimed with fantastic improvement in wrinkles around the eyes, etc. Nope, nothing for me!
As far as eye creams go, I was not impressed with it (regardless if it gave visible improvement or not). I felt it was not moisturizing enough for my under eye area. |

rileygirl - Sorry if I've got this wrong (my memory is appalling), but I seem to remember that you've been trying quite a few eye creams with no success. I'm in the same boat and, if I remember correctly, we've both been unlucky with some of the same products.
I just wanted to check whether you've ever tried ReVive's Eye Renewal Cream? After reading about it on here, I gave it a go. I was ready to give up on it, but then I noticed that it was actually starting to lessen my undereye lines several months later.
I'm currently trying the Nia24 eye cream, and plan to return to the ReVive if it doesn't work for me. It takes patience, but for me it seemed to be worth the wait for results. |

I hope it works for you, too. I feel as though I've been trying to find the perfect eye cream forever! I'll let you know if the Nia24 turns out to be a keeper, too. |

I am trying out an M Lab sample kit and have a couple of questions...... The eye cream that is in this trial pack is a dark blue firm gel-type product. I need to scoop a bit out with a little spatula & then it doesn't seem to spread well for me. I've tried warming it between the pads of my ring fingers & then applying it but it doesn't "melt" in and it balls quite quickly after it's on - as I'm rubbing/pressing it on (although, when I brush off the little balls, it does feel nice underneath ) I am wondering if the product is the way it's supposed to be in the jar (?) and what I might be doing wrong in application.
The ingredients are so extensive that I am really hoping to like the line because lightweight products don't seem to cut it with me these days.
Thanks for your help |

Crazy. I think that something might be wrong with it. The jar says Anti-aging Eye Cream. I am not really interested in keeping it - at least at this point. Maybe I'll e-mail M Lab and see what they have to say.
Just as an aside......it seems when I foray into some wonder sell on The Shopping Channel (where I purchased this kit) I ALWAYS return it. The lady at the post office says that they (TSC) are their busiest address (for returns) - but at least they ARE good about returns. I'll carry on with the Anti-aging Treatment Cream & Anti-aging Serum for a couple of weeks but unless I see a remarkable change, they're all going back. Sigh. |

Ruth, I'd really like to know what MLab has to say..you can call them too. I don't have the eye cream but ordered the night cream from TSC and liked it. I got my second jar from skinstore (at 50% off) and I'm the texture is a bit different from the TSC one. It's fluffier and spreads a lot easier. The jar is also a bit different. It wasn't enough to make an issue out of it, but the slight difference is there. |

I would really question the sample kit that you have as it does not sound like a genuine M Lab product at all. The kit should have come in a leather bag with M Lab engraved on the zipper tag. All the products are a light cream colour and will melt onto your skin and spread very easily. |

That's strange. I know TSC is an authorized seller though, since it was MLab that told me they were going to be carrying some of the line. |

My eye ceam was white and creamy when I received it, and during few weeks (3-4) turned into a blue firm gel. |

I am still using the same eye cream that is now 3 months old and it is still like it was when new. I have no idea why some are turning blue. |

Well, I didn't/couldn't use it afterwards, 'cause it was real firm and it was difficoult to scoop it out of the little jar or spread it around the eyes.

M Lab promptly answered my email (awesome cs) and told me that, yes, the product should be the blue/green colour and, no, it should not have turned semi-solid. They asked for it's return & said that they would replace it.
Even after reading the good reviews, I am questioning the discrepancy of some of the line. With that in mind I'm going to return the entire order to TSC and maybe purchase directly from M Lab sometime in the future. It does look like they use a really good lot of ingredients ...... |

RuthMarion, you are saying that MLab stated the eye cream should be blue/green and not white? |

Correct. Blue/green and not white. I just tried to find the post from them, but my trigger finger has deleted it - I'm sure that's what it said though. Maybe it shifts from white to colour as it "ages". Strange, eh? I sent them the batch number etc. and they responded to me right away. I'll let you know when the replacement arrives. |
