If you are only 22 and have oily skin then I think it's too rich for you. |

I too am in my 20s and have the same skin type as you and La Mer is far too rich for oily skin.
The following skincare regime has worked for me
Cleanser:
*Dr Hauschka Cleansing Cream or
*Homemade version of Dr Hauschka Cleansing Cream:

Toner:
*Witch Hazel or
*Dr Hauschka Clarifying Toner or
*Apple Cider Vinegar Toner (see above recipes thread)
Moisturiser:
*Jojoba Oil - regulates sebum production throughout the day and prevents clogged pores and any big oily outbreaks, good for really oily skin and if you have any dry patches too. or
*Grapeseed Oil - Again good for oily, combination skin or
*Dr Hauschka Normalising Day Oil:

Mask:
*Clay masks
*Dr Hauschka Rejuvenating Mask
*Dermalogica Multi vitamin mask |

Yes I think the regular cream would be much too rich for you. If you really want to try that line, why not go for the oil free lotion (or whatever they call it). It is supposed to have the same "potion" in it too. |

I found it to make me break out or give me blackheads. It was only good when I was out skiing in the winter.
Maybe you can use Omega 3 oil instead. Cellex-C Seasilk oil free Moisterizer has Omega 3 in it and should not cause pimples. |

I dont think the creme de la mer cream would be good for you since you have oily acne prone skin. I use this cream and it is very good for dry skin since it is VERY rich. For your skin type i would advise you to maybe go for the Creme de la Mer lotion or something less rich. I think La Mer is a good line of products however i dont know if it's really worth the price. I get the samples of Creme de la Mer for free |
