HAIR: hot oil once every 3 mos. maintain to use shampoo and conditioner.

FACE: ivory soap, clearasil acne cream, eskinol derma-clearC with Dalacin-C mixed.

BODY: whitening soap, sometimes body scrub, and my ever favorite Olive oil and Virgin Coconut Oil (as my lotion and moisturiser at night, for my stretch marks also).

NAVEL: i always keep this clean with oil as my buddy.

BACK: though i have some pimples at my back i use a scrub that can somehow eliminate this.

LEGS: im not 'hairy' so i use liquid soap on it and lotion.

FEET: have a foot spa once in a while and maintain it.

Note: Take care of your body because it cannot be replaced.

Which whitening soap do you use? How do you find it?

Hello T! Actually here in the Phils. it's already a trend to have a fairer skin by using 'papaya soap'. And I can say that I'm lucky to have Silka soap around. It matches my skin. Plus Block and White lotion. You can also use Glutathione capsule if you want to be have whiter skin in months. It's effective (accdg to my friends).

It's very cheap here in the Phils (the products). I hope it will match your skin.

Wayback, I suggested the product to my cousin who seems to have skin problems and it matches her skin. I hope it will match to your skin.
