Anyone have trouble using voucher for purchases?

I tried to use my gift certificate yesterday and there was no way of entering the voucher number. I thought after I entered my cc number because it was .88 over the amt of the voucher, it would give me the opppurtunity to enter it. But no. so I ahd to pay full price. I PMd mabsy and still have no response.

And how do you find your order history. I'm gonna have to cancel if noone contacts me.

Sorry to leave it here but I wanted to make sure I got a response asap.

If you login to your account via the EDS homepage then you can view your recent orders there.

ETA: You will get a quicker response from the ladies at EDS if you phone them regarding your problem with your voucher. They may be too busy to check the forum. Smile

I used my voucher about a month ago and noticed that it doesn't show up on the site, but EDS sent me an email confirming they used my voucher and had the correct invoicing price. Send an email....they are quick to respond. (I try to keep my order to the amount of the voucher, but always end up going waaaay over!)

I did call and found out that AOL does not accept emails from here. that explains why I never get notices from here for posts.

She let me cancel so that I could start over.

I have to say that EDS is one of the best online stores I have ordered from! I had a problem with my voucher a few weeks ago, I got an error message when I keyed in my voucher code on checkout. All I had to do was send EDS an email explaining when I had won the voucher - I got an almost immediate response from EDS, and the problem was fixed within 24 hours. They are so courteous and helpful! I am an international customer too. Great service, great prices, great range of products, what more can a product-addicted girl want??!

Sorry for the delayed response wenrwdy - I responded to your PM today as soon as I logged on and I couldn't log on yesterday due to work commitments.

Please understand that I do not work for EDS and I moderate here in my spare time. I am unable to help anyone with any EDS order enquiries because I simply do not have access to their system. So if anyone ever needs to change their order or do something similar then the best bet is to give EDS a call.

ETA: The place to put in the voucher code is at the bottom of the page where you put in your credit card details. There's a "redeem" button next to it that needs to be clicked before the voucher is applied. Hope that clears it up for anyone who was wondering how to use it Smile
