A few months ago I purchased some products from SkinStore.com and when my package arrived it had a sample of AtoPalm MLE Cream in it. I have been using it for about two weeks at night and I like the consistency (I have very dry skin) but was wondering if anyone else had tried or used this product. I have done a few searches on this forum but have not come up with anything (I remember someone else having problems searching so forgive me if this product has already been reviewed). Here are the ingredients:

Ingredients:
Aqua, Butylene glycol, Glycerin, Cetyl alcohol, PEG-15 glyceryl stearate, Vitis vinifera, Glyceryl stearate, Macadamia ternifolia, Squalane, Stearic acid, Biosaccharide gum-1, PEG-10 glyceryl stearate, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Sodium lactate, Myrisyl/Palmityl Oxostearamide/Arachamide MEA, Decyl sunflower esters, Dimethicone, Glycyrrhiza glabra,Tocopheryl acetate, Carbomer, Cholesterol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Allantion, BHT

I did find a few posts that discussed multi lamellar emulsion cream and how it assisted with delivery of active ingreadients better than the everyday cream but all of those people were purchasing ML cream from tpf.com and using it as a base in their home-made face creams. I don’t think I am ready to start making things at home since I don’t really understand the science behind all this stuff….and well, to be honest I am still a totally newbie at this! SO…..is this a good cream?

TIA!!

Sorry I can't say that I've tried this but I'm quite interested as well! That cream is supposed to be very good for eczema sufferers according to the reviews on that site...

Have you tried it yourself? Question

Hi Freckles127!

I do not have eczema so I cannot testify as to if the cream helps with that but I have been using the little 8ml pot they set each night around my eyes. Last night I used a large dab for my entire face. I do like the texture, it is very thick, and it does not have a bad smell but it did not absorb as well as I would have liked it to. After warming it in the palm of my hand and then applying to my face, it seemed to just sit on top of my skin. My skin did feel soft this morning……but not completely sure that it was the cream. If I had to give you an example of what the texture, color, and smell is smiliar to…….I would pick Kinerase cream. However, Kinerase absorbs much better than Atopalm IMO.

Maybe SkinStore.com will send you a sample if you ask…..just a thought.
