I am new here so please be patient. I have had red cheeks for the past 2 months now. I am almost always red(or pink) but it gets worse when I am hot or in an enclosed space with the heating on(like a classroom for example). I get very agitated about this and dont know what to do. I am in Spain so dont know of anywhere that would sell products like the Sothys cream mentioned in another post. I am fair haired and pale(ecept my face) and do get quite red when exercising. I really wish that the redeness could be somewhere else where it isnt visible all the time. I sometimes lye in bed thinking about my cheeks, I feel so embarassed. As i say, it has only been in the last 2 months or so, and before that, I seemed OK. I really would appreciate some help. Cheers |

Is it broken capillaries that are making your cheeks look red? Can you describe the redness in more detail? |

My cheeks used to appear pretty red awhile back. I always really noticed it in pictures. A few years ago, I discovered Decleor Harmonie and I noticed it calmed my skin and improved the redness...over time. (It doesn't happen overnight but after awhile it seems to help.) I have to say that I am a believer in Decleor products. Not only have they improved and evened out my skin tone but they've improved the texture and overall appearance of my skin. |

Maybe you have rosacea? A guy that I work with has similar conditions. He uses Metrogel and it has been helping a lot. You can look it up at the Metrogel.com site. |
