Hi, im just wondering...certain forums, u can actully post a picture...with ur texte...is that possible here?!?!

Sure, I use photobucket.com to insert photos. I think if you do a search you will find more detailed instructions (that is how I found photobucket).
Whatcha going to post??

If you look above the box where you type your text you will see a row of grey buttons. Click on the one that says 'Img' and some text will appear like this - [img].
Then paste or type the link to the image you want to display and then press the 'Img' button again. After the link this should appear - [/img]. If you then preview your message you should be able to see your image.
It should end up looking something like this.
[img] http://content.answers.com/main/content/wp/en/5/5b/Ft-carson-vet-kitten.jpg [/img]
I put extra spaces in the code so that you can see what it should look like but if I take them out you will see the image that I'm linking to which is this:

If you want to use photobucket.com you can upload a picture from your computer onto their website. After you upload it, there will be three boxes under your picture labeled Url, Tag and Img. You can then cut and paste the code that appears in the "Img" box into your post and an image will show after you post.
This is basically the same thing that Toe explained, except that you can upload your own photos to photobucket so if you don't have a pre-existing link this can save a step. |
