Ok, ever since I hit teenage years I have started getting bumpy rough skin all over my body it is disgusting. I also have this red rash all over my face although neither of these things itch or anything some of my friends say it's just that my hair folicles havent burst yet and to do that I have to pop the tops off and the hair will begin to grow im not sure I look at my chest and I think wow... girls will never like me it's just gross and I feel it and it's so rough and obvious. Any Help? |

I wouldn't go popping anything actually. Sounds like you just need to introduce your skin to a little trick called exfoliation! Dermalogica Microfoliant is a nice everyday gentle one, or you could go for a scrub with a bit of glycolic acid perhaps? Email the spa directly and I'm sure that they will be able to suggest the best product for you.

ps. Cheer up, things aren't as bad as they seem. We always tend to think that things are much worse than they are because we get a good close-up look at it in the mirror every morning. |

DantesCritic,
I think we may have lost a reply post from Caspers Mum on this topic on the last forum update. In case you haven't read it she recommended the MD Formulations Face and Body scrub. She also recommended another product but I can't remember what it was sorry The MDF is good though, I just started using it last week.
Mabsy.
ps. Sorry, I must have read your first post wrong because my initial reply about the Microfoliant is just for the face and not for the body. Oops! You should still try the Microfoliant though, fab product! |
