Facial exercise, a good facial, and a good diet like lots of vegetables and fruit and at least 8 glasses of water a day

Plastic surgery gives instant results but is expensive! Wink

Really, for sagging skin, not a whole lot can be done. That's what the lifts are for....to pull the skin back up and cut away the excess that isn't doing much but "hanging around".

If you are talking about very slight sagging, certainly facial exercises could help somewhat. I think if you do a search on that term, you will find many suggestions.

I tell ya, Dermal Tone is wonderful! I've had 2 other types and while the 1st one was good, and the 2nd type was awful, the Dermal Tone is great... OK, as long as you use it... There's always that little snag in the plan...LOL But even after the first time, you will see some change.. I HIGHLY recommend it...

Dermal Tone is a handheld machine that you plug in {but can use batteries} and it sends a gentel shock to the areas of your face you place it on.. Thus excersising {that spelling does notlook right at all!} your face...Comes with the instructions of where to place.. You use a water based lotion as the conductor... Basically it will help stave off any face lift...

My turn, what a Derma wand?

Thank you for explaining it to me Very Happy

DermaWand is shaped as an oversize pen it is a bit longer and thicker then a pen. On one end, is the power to turn it on and put on different strength. It goes up to # 10.

On the other end, is a clear glass round tip and it is like electrical current, sound like you are zapping your skin. It help firm the skin, kinda tone your skin but I found on pimples or very deep acne, it help dry up the surface so all the bad stuff dry up or you sweat if off but mainly it dries it up and help get your skin start to heal.

It is mainly for pimples but I found it to help with some very deep acne that you cannot see of the surface but you feel it. I you zap the area of the skin, it help dry up that spot so all the bad stuff can go away.

I hope I explained it well for you.

Thank you, Skincare, for explaining to me Very Happy It sounds like it's different than the Dermal Tone, I think.. If I understand you correctly.. But you say you get toning and firming results, right? I've never had acne problems, but it sounds good for someone who does...
